Vocational assessor Elva Breen is giving evidence.

A vocational assessor assesses the impact of injuries on a person's ability to sustain employment.

She first assessed Nikita Hand in 2020.

She said Nikita Hand had significant anxiety and flashbacks and couldn't communicate with clients as effectively as before. She said work had become intolerable for her and she found it a very hard place to be.

Ms Breen said she believed a customer facing job is too triggering for Nikita Hand and she needs a safe and predictable environment with a benign role.

She gave a salary scale for administrative roles, saying the rate of pay for an entry level administrative role is €14-15 an hour, and with three years experience it's €15-16 euro an hour.

Defence for Conor McGregor asked Ms Breen if Nikita Hand could return to work as a hair dresser if her condition improved, but Ms Breen said she believes Ms Hand will never be able to return to work as a hair dresser.

She said that "when your confidence goes I think it would be too difficult for her to return to hair dressing".
