Valuer Patrick Sheehan has taken to the stand.

The court heard that Nikita Hand had wanted to move out of Drimnagh.

Mr Sheehan said he valued the house she owned with her ex-boyfriend at €430,000.

He said they looked in other "superior" areas with the price of houses coming in at over €500,000 and under €700,000.

He has now concluded his evidence.
