Blackrock LEA has concluded its fifth count, but nobody has been elected.

Helen Duignan (Aontú) was excluded.

Currently, only Fine Gael's Marie Baker has been elected after topping the polls in the first count.

Ms Baker was elected with 3,045 votes, far exceeding the quota of 1,739.
