Answering questions about Ryan Tubridy stepping back from The Late Late Show, Noel Kelly said Mr Tubridy had told him last year and his reaction was "Why ,why are you leaving?"

Ryan Tubridy added: "So did my family. They thought I was mad."

Mr Kelly said he knew after Covid that it was a difficult show to do but he had been trying to get him to stay on The Late Late.
