Independent candidate Mick Duff has been eliminated from the race to win one of four remaining seats in Dublin South West.
His 2,210 votes will now be redistributed to the remaining 11 candidates.
No one reached the quota on the 3rd count.
Mick Duff is a sitting councillor on South Dublin County Council.
He previously unsuccessfully contested the 2016 General Election as a Labour candidate.
He later quit the party in 2018 and criticised the leadership of Brendan Howlin.
