All Government ministers and ministers of state have either concluded or have arrangements in place to return any overpayments made to them by the National Shared Service Office (NSSO), according to the Minister for Public Expenditure.
The NSSO is the body that processes ministers' salaries.
Last June it emerged that it made incorrect pension calculations arising from the fact that ministers were gifting part of their salaries back to the State.
That left many current and former ministers owing money back to the State.
Last month the Dáil heard that ten serving ministers had not taken steps to repay money, a fact that was sharply criticised by the Opposition.
Minister for Public Expenditure Jack Chambers has said that all serving ministers have taken action.
"All sitting ministers and minister of state, I understand, have concluded or an in an arrangement with the NSSO," he said.
The minister added that he has yet to receive an external audit of the NSSO and the "dysfunction" around the pension issue.
