Slight rise in support for Fine Gael, Fianna Fáil, opinion poll suggests

Support for Fine Gael and Fianna Fáil has risen slightly, the latest Sunday Independent/Ireland Thinks opinion poll suggests.

Both parties are up one percentage point in the survey of voters taken over ten days up to yesterday with Fine Gael on 25% and Fianna Fáil 21%.

Sinn Féin is down one point to 18%, while the Social Democrats also drop one point to stand on 4% support.

The Green Party and Labour are both unchanged on 4% while Aontú on 3% is down one point.

Independents and others are up a single point to 19% and PBP-Solidarity are unchanged on 2%.

There is a margin of error in this opinion poll of plus or minus 2.6%.
