Support for SF down slightly but party remains most popular, poll suggests

Support for Sinn Féin has fallen by three points in the last month, the latest Sunday Independent/Ireland Thinks opinion poll suggests.

However, the party remains the most popular on 34%, followed by Fine Gael on 21% and Fianna Fáil on 17%, with support for both Government parties unchanged.

Solidarity-PBP are up one point to 5% and there were also single point gains for the Social Democrats and Aontú, with the two parties now on 4% support.

The Green Party and Labour are both on 3% support, while Independents are up two points to 10%.

The poll of 1,002 voters has a margin of error of plus or minus 3%.
