There has been a drop in support for all of the bigger political parties, with smaller parties benefitting, the latest Behaviour and Attitudes poll for tomorrow's Sunday Times suggests.
According to the poll, the Government has also suffered a further drop in popularity - down three points to 39%.
Sinn Féin has dropped one point from its second highest ever result in this poll series, recorded last month, and it remains the most popular party at 36%.
There have also been slight drops in support for Fine Gael - down two points to 21% - and for Fianna Fáil - down one point to 21% - which makes it the lowest rating for the party so far this year.
Support for the Labour Party is up one point to 6%, while leader Ivana Bacik's satisfaction rating has increased one point to 46%.
Support for the Green Party is up one point to 5%, but its leader Eamon Ryan has the lowest satisfaction rating at 26% - a drop of five points since last month.
There has been a sharp drop in satisfaction ratings for Fine Gael leader Leo Varadkar - down five points to 39%. Satisfaction with Taoiseach Micheál Martin has dropped three points to 47%.
Sinn Féin's Mary Lou McDonald remains the most popular party leader with a satisfaction rating of 49% - down one point on last month.
Polling was conducted in a series of face-to-face, in-home interviews from 30 June to 12 July 12, with 917 eligible Irish voters.
The margin of error is plus or minus 3.3%.
Results compare with previous data sampled between 25 May and 7 June.
