Almost €90,000 was spent on upgrades to Stewards Lodge, the house reserved for the sole use of the Taoiseach.
The upgrades were carried out between June 2020 and February 2022.
Figures released by the Office of Public Works show that €43,950 was spent on the refurbishment of windows and €43,930 on the resurfacing of driveways and pathways.
Steward's Lodge is part of the Farmleigh Estate in the Phoenix Park and is managed by the Office of Public Works.
The OPW pointed out that the driveway, while the main point of access to the Lodge, also serves other areas of the Farmleigh estate.
Micheál Martin has not used the house since becoming Taoiseach.
However the property was used by Tánaiste Leo Varadkar during the Covid pandemic, when he held the position of Taoiseach, and for a few days afterwards.
Taoisigh are charged €50 per night when they use Steward's Lodge.
Mr Varadkar was charged €1,900 for his 38-night stay.
He used the Lodge on different dates between 28 May and 5 July 2020 and stayed in the house for eight nights after Mr Martin became Taoiseach.
