A Brazilian photographer captured a stunning image of Christ the Redeemer 'holding' the moon in Rio de Janeiro.
According to local reports, photographer Leonardo Sens had spent three years studying the moon's alignment to get the perfect shot.
He took the photograph from 11 kilometres away in the Niteroi municipality of Rio de Janeiro.
The snap has since gone viral, being shared by sites and outlets around the world.
