A trooper from Colorado State Patrol came very close to disaster whilst issuing a ticket.
Dash cam footage captured the scene as a vehicle crashed into another vehicle which the trooper had stopped while issuing a speeding ticket.
In a statement released, the Colorado State Patrol said: "Move Over. Pay attention. Real lives are at risk, including yours.
"While our trooper attempted to have the driver pull to the right, they ultimately stopped on the wide, left shoulder. Regardless, #MoveOver still applies, and these can some of the minor consequences that can happen if not followed," the Colorado State Patrol said.
