One of the films due to be shown at an open-air cinema event in Denver, Colorado was Anchorman.
A few anchors might have come in handy - when a gust of wind sent dozens of inflatable mattresses being set up for the show flying.
Some of the mattresses were blown right into a nearby community swimming pool.
Robb Manes, who caught the incident on camera, said: "We were hanging out at the pool when, suddenly, a mattress flew into the fenced-in area.
"When a second and third one came in, we stood up, I grabbed my camera, and this is what we saw."
