A curious raccoon got stuck in a high school vending machine in the Florida city of Deltona this week.

"This gentleman was apprehended today while committing a burglary of a vending machine at Pine Ridge High School," the Volusia County Sheriff's Office commented, as it shared two pictures of the trapped raccoon on social media.

A high school guardian, police and animal officers wheeled the machine outside and opened it.

The robbery thwarted, the raccoon ran away from the scene immediately, as seen on the video shared by the sheriff's office.
