Standing at 1.94m (6’4") tall, a giant Australian cow called 'Knickers' has been saved from the abattoir after being deemed too big to fit into the processing facility, Australian media have reported.
The seven-year-old Holstein Friesian steer, who weighs 1,400kg, will spend the rest of his days with his herd on his owner’s Myalup property in Western Australia.
Knickers is thought to be Australia's largest cow.
An Italian cow called Bellino holds the Guinness World Record for tallest living steer measuring 2.027m.
