A 40cm horn shark has been returned to an aquarium in Texas after being stolen from an exhibition pool days earlier.
Surveillance camera footage from inside San Antonio Aquarium shows a man reaching down into the water of one of the interactive shark touch tanks, until he lifts the fish out and walks away with it.

In a statement sent to Reuters, the aquarium said: "After grabbing our shark and placing her into a wet towel, they entered into one of our back rooms where they took a bucket that was half-full of bleach cleaning solution and dumped it all into our cold water exhibit filtration system.
"This caused harm to multiple tanks, all of the tanks on that system, it is all connected. Including our seahorses, baby seahorses, jellies, and more.
"They then took the sanitation bucket to aide in the transportation of the shark into the stroller, quickly exited up the stairs and out into the parking lot."
The aquarium worked with Leon Valley and San Antonio police departments to find the culprits and return the shark to the facility.
