A passenger in a car in Florida had a lucky escape when he was flung from the vehicle after it crashed into a concrete barrier at a toll booth at high speed.

Remarkably, he escaped serious injury. Along with the driver, and four other passengers, he was taken to hospital for treatment, but was later discharged.
Police said the driver, 23-year-old Steven dos Santos, was fatigued.
On Facebook, they said the video is proof that "getting behind the wheel of a vehicle while fatigued and drowsy can have dangerous, and sometimes deadly, consequences.
"Get enough sleep before you drive. If you are having difficulty focusing, frequent blinking, or heavy eyelids, pull over in a safe place to rest before continuing to drive."
