Natalya O'Flaherty from Clondalkin in Dublin is one of the several poets taking part in a poetry and spoken word trail. 

The St Patrick's Festival event is entitled Dublin: A Year in Words. It aims to celebrate the breadth and diversity of the city's living poets. 

The 17-year-old is a spoken word poet. She says her poetry reflects what she sees as a time of change and growth for Ireland and what it is to be Irish.

The poetry and spoken word trail is taking place in the capital city on Sunday 19 March at 1pm.
