A zip-line in Ras al-Khaimah, an emirate in the United Arab Emirates, has been confirmed as the world’s longest by the Guinness World Records.

The zip-line enables visitors to travel at a speed of up to 120-150km/h at an elevation of 1,680 meters above the sea level.

It opened to the public today and can accommodate one rider every five minutes, or around 100,000 people per year.
