Experts estimate that there are more than five trillion pieces of plastic floating in the world's oceans.

What the world throws away every year, be it plastics, electronics or food, is worth nearly one trillion euro.

On day two of the World Economic Forum in Davos, some of the delegates have been discussing how retailers and consumer industries can reduce and reinvent waste.
