A 61-year-old woman has died after a single-vehicle crash in the Dunkettle-Ballinglanna area of Glanmire, Co Cork.
The incident happened at 1.50pm this afternoon.
The road was closed to facilitate a technical examination by Garda Forensic Collision Investigators.
The driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
Gardaí are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the crash to contact them.
Any road users who may have camera footage (including dash-cam) and were travelling in the area between 1.30pm and 2.10pm this afternoon are asked to make this footage available to investigating gardaí.
