Two men have been arrested after three firearms, one of them understood to be a 3D-printed gun, were seized from a vehicle in Co Cork.
Ammunition was also recovered after gardaí stopped a car at a service station in Charleville at 11pm last night.
Approximately €800 worth of suspected diamorphine was also seized from the occupants of the vehicle.
The occupants - two men aged in their 30s and 40s - were arrested.
Further ammunition was recovered during follow-up searches of residences in Co Cork today.
Gardaí said the items seized will be sent for analysis.
