A motorcyclist in his 60s has died in a crash involving a car and a motorcycle in Co Waterford.
Gardaí and emergency services responded to the collision shortly before 2pm on the R634 at Ballydasoon near Youghal on the Cork-Waterford border.
The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene.
His remains have been transferred to Waterford University Hospital for a post-mortem examination.
The driver of the car, a man in his 50s, was transported to Cork University Hospital for assessment.
Local traffic diversions remain in place as Garda Forensic Collision Investigators examine the scene.
Gardaí have issued an appeal to anyone with information, particularly road users who may have camera footage, including dash-cam recordings, from the area at the time, to contact Midleton Garda Station at 021-4621550, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111 or any garda station.
