Fianna Fáil Minister of State Mary Butler has said she was very disappointed to learn that her Waterford city constituency office was targeted with paint overnight.
A photo posted online showed slogans daubed in graffiti across the frontage saying "Fix the Housing" and "Time for Change".
Gardaí have been informed.
In a statement, Ms Butler said: "Unfortunately this is not the first time that I've had to deal with issues in relation to my personal safety and issues in relation to my constituency offices.
"However, it will not deter me from doing my job and contesting the general election in the next few weeks."
Earlier this year, the Minister's car was vandalised and she has previously spoken about dealing with a credible death threat, abusive texts and being targeted by the far right at events and at constituency offices.
