ResultsCX, a global customer experience management company, has said it will add 200 people to its Irish workforce by early next year, bringing total numbers employed by the company in this country to more than 500.

The announcement was made at the company's Irish headquarters in Cork, at a function attended by Ireland's EU Commissioner Designate Michael McGrath.

ResultsCX established an Irish base with the takeover of a local customer experience management company in Cork last year. It has doubled its workforce here to 300 since then, and says it will add a further 200 by early next year.

Many of the positions are for remote workers in the financial technology sector. The current expansion will cover multilingual positions in Spanish, German and French.

ResultsCX counts Fortune100 and Fortune500 companies among its clients, and says it works on behalf of more than 75 global brands.

The company is headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and employs more than 23,000 people worldwide.

It works in 16 different languages and handles 150 million calls every year.

Mr McGrath congratulated ResultsCX on its first year of operations in Cork.

"It's exciting to witness a global leader like ResultsCX recognise Ireland's potential, not only for its highly qualified workforce but also for the abundant growth opportunities available," Mr McGrath said.

CEO and Managing Director of ResultsCX, Rajesh Subramaniam, predicted that there would be further growth.

"Having created over 3,000 jobs across the UK and Ireland, we are committed to driving rapid growth for leading multinational companies in Europe," he said.
