Two people have been killed in separate road collisions in Co Cork.
A motorcyclist died in a collision with a van at Dromanhane, Glantane Road, in Mallow this afternoon.
The man, who was in his late 30s, was pronounced dead at the scene.
His body was removed to the Mortuary at Cork University Hospital where a post mortem examination will take place.
The driver of the van, a man in his 50s, was treated for shock at the scene.

Elsewhere, a woman in her 60s died in a collision involving a car and a truck near Baxters Bridge on the Bandon to Carhoon Road just before 1pm.
The woman was a passenger in the car, while the driver, a man in his 60s, is said to be in a serious condition at Cork University Hospital.
The driver of the truck was uninjured.
