Gardaí investigating organised crime say a suspected handgun has been seized in Co Limerick.
The weapon was found during a number of searches at properties in the Patrickswell and Cappagh areas.
Pepper spray, over €2000 in cash, jewellery, mobile phones, documentation and drug paraphernalia was also discovered.
Gardaí say no arrests have been made and their investigation is ongoing.
