A 27-year-old woman arrested in connection with a shooting in Waterford has been released without charge.
A file is to be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
The victim, a man in his 40s, was hospitalised after the incident, which occured at around 2.15pm on Monday 23 December.
He was shot a number of times outside a premises near the Mount Suir Apartments on Carrickphierish Road in Waterford city.
Two men, aged 30 and 32, remain in garda custody.
