A woman in her 20s has died in a road crash in Co Cork.
Gardaí believe the woman's car struck a barrier on the N25 at Water Rock at around 8.25am.
The woman was travelling alone and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Her body has been removed to Cork University Hospital where a post-mortem examination is due to be carried out.
The road has been closed for a technical examination and diversions are in place.
