A male motorcyclist has died following a two-vehicle collision in Glanmire, Co Cork.
The man in his 20s was pronounced dead at the scene after his motorbike was involved in a crash with a car.
His body was removed to Cork University Hospital.
The driver of the car was also hospitalised as a precaution.
The incident happened at around 6pm at Lackenroe and the road was closed for an examination.
Gardaí are investigating the incident and are appealing for witnesses.
