A man in his 60s has died in a workplace accident in Co Offaly.
Emergency services were called to the scene on farmland in the Tullamore area just after 2pm yesterday.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene. His body has been removed to the mortuary at Midlands Regional Hospital for a post-mortem examination.
The Health and Safety Authority has been notified and investigations are ongoing.
