The Health and Safety Authority (HSA) said it is investigating a fatal workplace accident in Co Wicklow.
The accident happened in Rathdrum at about 3.30pm yesterday afternoon.
A spokesperson for the HSA said they are aware of the incident and have launched an investigation.
