Two men have been arrested after a cannabis growhouse was discovered at a property in Co Louth.
A search warrant was executed at an address in Dunleer and a "sophisticated cannabis cultivation operation" was found, gardaí said.
During the search, 60 cannabis plants at various stages of growth, with an estimated value of over €48,000, were seized.
Cannabis herb worth an estimated €185,000 was also seized.
Two men, aged in their 30s and 50s, were arrested at the scene and have been detained at a garda station in the northwest region.
The seized items will be sent to Forensic Science Ireland for further analysis.
