A man in his 20s died in a road crash in Co Meath in the early hours of this morning.
The crash occurred at around 2.20am at Boolies, Oldcastle.
The man, who was travelling alone, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Gardaí are appealing to witnesses, particularly any road users in the area who may have camera footage (including dash-cam), to contact Kells Garda Station on 046 9280820, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111 or any garda station.
The man's death brings to 15 the number of people killed on Irish roads since the beginning of the year.
