Discovery of body in Drogheda treated as sudden death

Gardaí are treating the discovery of the body of a man, aged in his 30s, in Drogheda, Co Louth, as a sudden death.

The discovery was made at a location in Greenhills last night.

Gardaí were called to the scene at around 9pm.

The man was pronounced dead there.

However, following a post-mortem examination today, it is understood gardaí are treating the case as a sudden death.
