A man has been fatally stabbed in an incident at a house in Co Wexford.
The incident happened shortly before 9pm last night at a property in the Westbury Woods area of Enniscorthy.
Emergency services were called to the house and found a man in his 40s who had suffered a fatal injury. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
A man in his 20s has been arrested and was brought to Enniscorthy Garda Station for questioning.
Gardaí have secured two scenes in the in the town and are appealing for any witnesses or anyone with information on what happened to contact them.
Gardaí are gathering evidence at the two scenes and a post-mortem examination will be conducted on the victim's body.
