Emergency services are at the scene of a partial wall collapse in the centre of Dundalk, Co Louth.
One person was injured and has been taken to hospital.
Gardaí and units from the fire service attended the scene on Clanbrassil Street in the town this morning.
A large pile of bricks can be seen on the footpath outside the building.
The area has been cordoned off and part of the street has been closed to traffic.
Diversions are in place.

Louth County Council said it was aware of the incident where a person "was reportedly injured by items falling from a building".
In a statement, it said "members of the public are requested to avoid the area to allow emergency service personnel to carry out work and make the area safe.
"Our thoughts are with the injured person," the council added.
The building involved houses the office of Fine Gael Senator John McGahon.
