An investigation is under way following the death of a man on a farm in Co Longford.
It is understood the man, who was in his 50s, was working on machinery at the time.
The Health and Safety Authority has confirmed that it is carrying out an investigation.
The man's death brings to nine the number of people killed on farms so far this year.
