Four teenagers have been arrested on suspicion of rape which is alleged to have taken place in Courtown, Co Wexford, on 28 July.
Gardaí have said that the four, one adult male and three juvenile males, are being held at garda stations in the southeast.
Gardaí are appealing to anyone who may have been in the Burrow area of Courtown Harbour between 10pm on Saturday, 27 July and the early hours of the following morning, Sunday 28 July, who have not already been in contact, to phone Gorey Garda Station on 053 943 0690 or the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111 or any garda station.
The Burrow is close to the beach in Courtown Harbour and a popular amenity spot with both tourists and locals.
