A man in his 40s has died in a road crash in Co Kilkenny.
The single vehicle crash happened on the M9 southbound, just after Junction 10, Knocktopher, at about 8am this morning.
The southbound road remains closed and local diversions are in place.
Gardaí have appealed for anyone with information, or anyone who may have travelled the M9 near Junction 10 at the time, to contact Thomastown gardaí on 056-7754150 or the Garda Confidential Line on 1800-666-111.
