A 52-year-old woman has died in a single vehicle collision in Co Kildare.
The incident occurred at around 11pm last night on the Rathangan road at Allenwood.
The woman, who was alone in the car, was pronounced dead at the scene and her body was removed to Naas General Hospital.
The road is closed for a technical examination and diversions are in place.
