A two-year-old boy has died after being struck by a car in Co Wicklow.
The incident happened at Silverbridge in the town at 4.30pm.
The little boy was taken to Our Lady's Children's Hospital, Crumlin, where he was pronounced dead.
The driver of the car was not injured.
The scene has been sealed off and is to be examined by garda forensic investigators.
