Gardaí recovered almost €10,000 worth of stolen tools in Co Laois yesterday.
The tools, which included industrial drills, saws and ratchets, were stolen during a burglary at a commercial premises in Ballymacken, Portlaoise on Tuesday.
Members of Portlaoise Garda Detective Unit recovered the tools in the Lismard area of Portlaoise.
Investigations are ongoing and it is understood gardaí are following a definite line of inquiry.
