A number of drivers at an international transport company based in Co Wexford have said they have serious concerns with work practices and conditions.
Five drivers attached to O'Leary Transport, which has its headquarters outside New Ross, are protesting in a dispute with the company.
Management have said that any matters staff members have raised will be addressed by the company internally.
They have said the company employs around 400 people.
The trade union SIPTU, which represents some of the employees, have said a number of important issues have been raised by the drivers.
However, a spokesperson said that the unofficial action at the company gates is not supported by the union.
Some of the drivers face disciplinary action on Monday and SIPTU has said they will be representing its members then, but that there is no collective agreement between SIPTU and O'Leary Transport.
The issues being raised by the drivers include duration of shifts, conditions and rights at work, incomplete contracts and health and safety.
The men have been working with the company for between five to eight years and have previously worked as international drivers.
It is understood most of the men are from Romania, but have been living in Ireland for nearly a decade.
