The Taoiseach has turned the sod on the new €233 million development of a holiday park on a 400-acre forest site in Co Longford.
The village is not expected to be open until the summer of 2019 but already the project has created 300 jobs in the local area.

The developers of Center Parcs have admitted that the weakness of sterling against the euro is going to escalate construction costs by more than €30m.
Center Parcs Managing Director Martin Dalby said the firm bought a substantial amount of euro last year before "currencies went crazy" and are fully prepared to deal with the sterling-Brexit issues.
