A man in his 20s has died following a collision in Co Carlow this afternoon.
The man was driving a motorised go-cart when it collided with a van at Nurney, Co Carlow, at 2.45pm.
He was taken by ambulance to St Luke's Hospital in Kilkenny where he was pronounced dead.
A post-mortem examination is due to take place on Monday at University Hospital Waterford.
The driver of the van was not injured.
