Appeal to identify body of man found on Bray beach

The public have been asked for their help to identify the body of a man found on Bray beach.

The remains were found on Monday 27 March.

The caucasian man was in his early 40s and of a very slim build.

Gardaí say he had blue eyes and dark brown hair which was greying around the temple. He was 1.86cm (6'1") and 60kg.

He was wearing a green and brown camouflage jacket, blue jeans and black runner boots. 

A brown and green camouflage rucksack was also found with the man. A pair of glasses were found in the bag.

The man has no tattoos or distinguishing marks.
