The Government has published a new report and action plan today called 'Accelerating Infrastructure', which outlines the barriers to the timely delivery of critical infrastructure projects.
The report sets out key actions and assigns responsibilities in order to achieve the objection of speeding up housing and infrastructure delivery.
Architect and Assistant Professor at UCD School of Architecture and Planning Orla Hegarty joins hosts Fran McNulty and Maggie Doyle to examine the 140-page report.
They discuss what is contained in the plan and whether the ambitious timelines are achievable.
