A 36-year-old man has appeared before the Criminal Courts of Justice charged with the murder of a man in his 20s in Tallaght yesterday.
Patrick Murphy, Drumcairn Parade, Tallaght in Dublin 24, was charged with murdering Jordan Ronan in Drumcairn Avenue in Tallaght in the early hours of Friday morning.
Detective Garda Stephen Nealon from Tallaght Garda Station told the court that Mr Murphy was charged this afternoon.

Mr Murphy was arrested yesterday and questioned under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act at a garda station in Dublin.
An application for legal aid was granted as Patrick Murphy is currently unemployed.
He was remanded in custody to appear before Cloverhill District Court on 31 July.
A woman in her 30s, arrested yesterday in connection with the investigation into Mr Ronan's death was released without charge.
