Health technology firm Merative has said it has begun a consultation process ahead of planned redundancies at its Dublin operation.
The company would not confirm how many jobs are at risk.
"As required by law, we have begun the consultation process to consider a proposed redundancy action in Ireland," Merative said in a statement.
"To respect the integrity of the consultation process, that is all the information we can share at this time," the company said.
"Merative has and will continue to adapt our organisation to align with our strategic plan for long-term growth," it added.
Merative describes itself as a data, analytics and technology partner for the health industry.
It was formerly known as IBM Watson Health until IBM sold the business to Francisco Partners in 2022.
Merative is headquartered in Ann Arbor, Michigan and its Irish operation is based at City Quay in Dublin.
